About Lion Yachting

An independent, practical and international approach to boating.

An independent marine company

Lion Yachting is an independent marine company based in Port Camargue, in the south of France.

We support boat owners, buyers, shipyards, manufacturers and marine-industry partners with vessel management, decision-making and the development of specialist boating projects.

Our role is to make projects clearer, smoother and easier to control: understanding the objectives, structuring the process, selecting the right specialists, coordinating execution and protecting the client’s interests.

Boating from the client’s perspective

A boat or marine project quickly involves many different areas: technical work, financing, insurance, regulations, logistics, marketing, maintenance and operation.

Lion Yachting acts as a single point of contact, connecting these subjects while maintaining an overall view of the project.

We do not impose a standard solution. Every assignment is defined around the vessel, its intended use, its owner and the required outcome.

Experience built in the field

Our experience covers a broad range of environments: sailing and motor yachts, monohulls and catamarans, inland craft, classic and neo-retro boats, charter management, private charter, brokerage, refit, delivery, owner familiarisation and commercial development for shipyards and marine brands.

This diversity allows us to assess a project as a whole, rather than reducing a boat to a transaction or an isolated technical intervention.

Marcin Kupiec, founder

Lion Yachting was founded and is managed by Marcin Kupiec.

Originally from Poland and based in France for more than thirteen years, he has developed his career across boating, vessel management, sales, consultancy, project coordination and international business development.

He works in French, English and Polish, and regularly coordinates between owners, shipyards and partners from different countries.

His approach combines practical experience, direct communication and a commitment to realistic solutions aligned with the client’s priorities.

How we work

Understand

We begin with the vessel, the project, the real constraints and the client’s objectives.

Structure

We clarify priorities, responsibilities, budget, timing and decision stages.

Coordinate

We identify suitable specialists, organise communication and follow progress.

Report

We prioritise clear communication, useful reporting and documented decisions.

Protect the client’s interests

Our responsibility is to maintain an independent overview and seek the most coherent solution for the project.

Our commitments

Independence

We assess solutions according to their relevance to the client, rather than applying a predetermined formula.

Practical thinking

Recommendations must remain workable under the real conditions of the project.

Transparency

Roles, costs, limitations and decisions should be understood by all parties.

Tailored solutions

Every boat, owner and operating programme requires an appropriate structure.

Long-term perspective

We aim to protect the vessel’s value, usability and overall coherence beyond the immediate assignment.
