One point of contact for your boat

Owning a boat should remain a pleasure.

Lion Yachting supports owners who want to simplify the management of their boat, organise its maintenance, optimise its use and preserve its value over time.

We act as your trusted point of contact and, depending on the assignment, as the owner’s representative in dealings with boatyards, technicians, crew and specialist service providers.

You remain informed and retain control of every decision. We take care of the coordination, follow-up and operational realities.

Liberty Pass

Optimise the use of your boat within a structured framework.

Liberty Pass enables an owner to share the use of their boat with selected subscribers, while maintaining clearly defined arrangements for its use, monitoring and maintenance.

Lion Yachting can provide:

  • an assessment of the boat’s eligibility and potential;
  • the setup of the offer;
  • boat presentation and familiarisation for subscribers;
  • coordination of bookings and periods of use;
  • monitoring of departures and returns;
  • checks on the boat’s general condition;
  • communication with the owner;
  • operational reporting.

The objective is to help offset part of the cost of ownership while maintaining rigorous oversight of the boat.

Private charter experience aboard a catamaran

Charter management

Create value from your boat without managing every constraint yourself.

Lion Yachting supports owners who wish to develop a private charter offer consistent with the positioning, characteristics and cruising programme of their boat.

Our structured approach covers:

  • analysis of the boat’s commercial potential;
  • definition of its positioning and target clientele;
  • development of the pricing strategy;
  • preparation of presentation and sales materials;
  • management and qualification of client enquiries;
  • coordination of bookings;
  • organisation of crew and service providers;
  • preparation of the boat before each charter;
  • operational follow-up;
  • owner reporting.

Each offer is developed on a bespoke basis, according to the owner’s objectives and in compliance with the applicable administrative, insurance and regulatory framework.

We prioritise service quality and the long-term preservation of the boat rather than pursuing the highest possible occupancy rate.

Boat care & monitoring

Your boat remains monitored, even while you are away.

Regular visits help identify anomalies quickly and allow action to be taken before a minor issue becomes a major repair.

Depending on the selected service level, monitoring may include:

  • scheduled visits;
  • a visual inspection of the boat;
  • checks of mooring lines and fenders;
  • battery and shore-power checks;
  • checks for ventilation issues and water ingress;
  • general inspection of visible equipment;
  • identification of anomalies;
  • photographic reports and written updates;
  • coordination of an intervention when required.

The frequency and scope of inspections are adapted to the boat, its location and its programme of use.

Each intervention can be adapted to the owner’s preferences and the configuration of the boat.

Coordinated mechanical maintenance intervention onboard

Technical coordination & maintenance

Clear oversight of work and service providers.

Maintaining a boat often involves several parties: boatyards, mechanics, electricians, sailmakers, riggers, electronics specialists, painters and marine surveyors.

Lion Yachting centralises and coordinates these interventions on the owner’s behalf.

Depending on the assignment, we can provide:

  • identification of the requirement;
  • sourcing of suitable service providers;
  • requests for and review of quotations;
  • scheduling of interventions;
  • organisation of access to the boat;
  • progress monitoring;
  • visual inspection of completed work;
  • centralisation of documents and invoices;
  • reporting to the owner.

Our role is to represent the owner’s interests, facilitate communication and maintain a clear overall view of the boat and the work being undertaken.

  • start-up and shutdown procedures;
